They are looking to recruit a Customer Support Associate to join their dedicated team in Brighton, on a full time basis.

The Requirements

  • Familiarity with Google Drive (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools
  • CRM experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong customer support, experience, or service skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Methodical, logical approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

The Responsibilities

  • Using mapping tools to process customer orders
  • Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
  • Monitoring and managing relevant internal systems
  • Offering product and service recommendations tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
  • Supporting sales and consultancy teams with queries when needed
