The role involves shaping the company's data engineering roadmap, designing and maintaining real-time data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should have experience with stream processing frameworks and tracking technologies, as well as proficiency in ELT pipelines and managing data lifecycles.
This is a hybrid position based in Brighton, and it does not offer visa sponsorship.
The job requires significant experience in data engineering, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong Python programming expertise.
Expertise in real-time data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Confluent, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
Proficiency in ELT pipelines and managing data lifecycles.
Expertise with stream processing frameworks (e.g., Faust, Flink, Kafka Streams).
Experience with tracking technologies like Snowplow, Rudderstack, or Segment.
