Sales Manager

Our client is a niche healthcare and medical telemarketing organisation based in Hove.

They are currently conducting a variety of telemarketing campaigns with primary and secondary healthcare decision makers as well as laboratory and clinical research staff. Campaigns vary but include registering interest in continuing medical education programmes or subscribing to websites focused on specific clinical conditions.

We seek a candidate with a background in B2B calling who would be interested in working within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Running your own campaigns
Supporting, training, and leading junior staff
Liaising with clients to provide reports and insights into existing campaigns.
Working closely with senior management to plot resource allocation and meet client expectations.
Reviewing CRM activities

Hours or work are Monday to Friday (8.45am-5.15pm), a starting salary of 30k to 35k per annum is provided with an initial and realistic bonus scheme of 12k available for year one.
