We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team. Day to Day of the Role:- Assist teachers in the classroom to support the delivery of lessons.
- Motivate and encourage pupils to engage in learning activities.
- Provide support to young people who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
- Help maintain a structured and nurturing learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement educational plans.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
- Strong educational background across various subjects.
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and relevant learning programmes.
- Knowledge of relevant policies and codes of practice.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and a positive approach to working with young people.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with young people is preferred.
- Valuable experience in an Alternative Provision setting.
