About the Role:

• Position: Nursery Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3)
• Location: Brighton
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: 20,000-26,000, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and learning of children in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest times.
• Keep accurate records and maintain effective communication with the team.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
