Job Overview: Join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team as a Graduate Electrical Engineer, where you'll contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions for complex water and wastewater projects. Your role will involve developing outline designs for advanced, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible water recycling plants and other facilities. With a focus on innovation, you'll have the chance to evaluate and trial new technologies and products, shaping the future of the water industry. We aim to develop you into an expert in your engineering area, making you a company technical specialist and a national expert involved in formulating national standards.
About You: Qualifications:
* MSc/MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to drive innovation and manage complex engineering challenges
* Full driving licence for site visits across Southeast England
Responsibilities:
* Lead sustainable and environmentally friendly design projects
* Provide expert guidance on design calculations and specifications
