Employee Benefits Implementation Consultant
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with a long-standing client who are seeking an experienced implementation consultant to join the flexible benefits division.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing clients from start to launch of their platform
- Liaising with advisers on agreed benefit structures with clients
- Identifying opportunities to add or alter benefits for clients
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience with working with employee benefits platforms
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- 5 years experience in the employee benefits industry
This position would be fully remote, with the expectation of going to a Brighton office once per month.
