Personal Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our senior management team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle and respond to all correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Schedule appointments and organise diary entries to optimise the executives’ time.
- Set reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks to ensure no overlaps or conflicts.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and comfort for executives.
- Plan and coordinate conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events, managing logistics and participant engagement.
- Take comprehensive notes at meetings, prepare the minutes, and distribute them to all participants promptly.
- Liaise with other staff members and external parties, such as clients and press, to facilitate smooth communication and event planning.
- Prepare expense reports and maintain an organised filing system to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and other office management tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
