The Role:

As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial and compliance needs are met with excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Work Review: Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and other deliverables prepared by junior staff.
• Problem Solving: Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to address and resolve queries promptly.
• Business Development: Identifying opportunities to enhance the firm's services and participating in networking events to attract new clients.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• A strong background in accountancy practice, with experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior staff.
• A commercial mindset with an eye for opportunities to add value.
• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
