They are seeking a director to spearhead and expand their operations in Brighton. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in accounts, tax, and audit services, who is adept at managing a diverse client portfolio and driving business development.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and manage a significant fee base of clients in a client-facing advisory capacity, serving as a comprehensive advisor.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, aiming to become their trusted advisor on a wide range of issues including accounting, tax, business planning, and profitability maximisation.
  • Drive the office’s growth and strategic direction, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Oversee the delivery of both compliance and advisory projects, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the management team and support staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Play a pivotal role in the future development and direction of this successful accountancy firm.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ACA qualified
  • Extensive experience in accountancy practice at Associate Director, Partner Designate, Partner, or Director level
  • Proven background in a general practitioner role within small to large, mid-tier, or top-tier firms.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of driving growth and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams and large projects.
