Description
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
- Lead and motivate the Accounting & Finance department to achieve excellent performance levels.
Profile
A successful Director should have:
- Must hold RI status.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACA/ACCA)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
- Strong understanding of finance law and regulatory standards.
- Broad experience covering general practice including accounts, tax and audit.
- High proficiency in financial software and analytics programs.
