In this role, you will support critical strategic and operational decisions through valuable insights, driving enhanced business performance. This is an excellent time to join the company, due to wide growth and innovation with several exciting projects currently in progress.
Salary: 65K + Benefits
Location: Falmer, West Sussex
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office p/w
Finance Business Partner duties include:
- Collate key budget data, quarterly and mid-year forecasts
- Advise on key business planning, trade-offs and opportunities
- Provide approval on annual plans and forecasts
- Utilise corporate services to provide financial governance
- Offer budget assistance to multiple projects or large programs
- Develop financial controls and forecasting
- Accurately forecast cash flow projections, sales projections, budget projections and expense
- Develop and implement processes
Skills and experience:
- Qualified - ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience / relevant
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
