Ignata Finance are delighted to be exclusively partnering a well-known, fast-growing company who are recruiting a newly created finance business partner to join their team. This role will involve a high level of engagement across the business to aid the commercial decision-making at the highest level. This is a key, strategic role within the finance team and has the potential to really drive commercial decision making and help to shape the future of the business. You’ll be expected to play a pivotal role within the organisation, supporting the company’s commercial and FP&A process. Key Responsibilities:

Build strong and positive relationships with budget holders and senior management team, supporting them with analysis to drive commercial decisions.
Update, maintain and development of weekly commercial trade packs.
Ensure divisional heads understand and own their numbers by providing analysis that informs and aids decision making.
Reviewing monthly sales consolidation and provide analysis.
Work alongside the financial control team to attain key financial data.
Assist head of business partnering to achieve tight deadlines in delivering budget.
Seek commercial opportunities, cost efficiencies and control + manage risks.
Competitor analysis and market insight reports.
Depending on capacity and priorities, the candidate will also support the wider team on other FP&A projects when needed.

Skills and experience:

PQ/Finalist ACCA/CIMA
Advanced excel knowledge
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Commercial acumen.
Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong data analysis, forecasting and modelling experience
Stakeholder management – manage and influence stakeholders
Strong attention to detail.
