£43,000 to £48,000 per annum depending on experience
Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner whose looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a national organisation, working alongside supportive and talented colleagues?
In this exciting new role, your duties day to day may include:
- Drive financial performance improvements and support the delivery of growth plans
- Monitor budgets, identify efficiency opportunities, and manage costs effectively
- Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and appraise investments
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop accurate forecasts and trading assumptions
- Ensure financial processes are embedded, reducing risks and enhancing reporting accuracy
- Produce the Management Account packs (P&L, Balance sheet)
- Gross Profit Margin Reconciliations
- Project Costings
- Variance analysis
- Data Reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Accruals and prepayments
- Budget setting
We are looking for:
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
