Due to an internal reshuffle, we're seeking an interim Finance Director for a well-established, growing, and dynamic business on the western outskirts of Brighton.
The initial contract period is thirteen months, starting early April 2025 and running through May 2026. We're keen to speak to a qualified senior finance professional who isn't afraid to dive in! This isn't a straightforward stewardship role but a hands-on opportunity where you'll roll up your sleeves, challenge processes, find and implement new efficiencies to create value, and most importantly, have a voice both internally and externally.
I've met countless CEOs and recruited many Finance Directors, but as I mentioned earlier, this opportunity is different - it truly stands out! The CEO brings unmatched energy, passion, and a flood of ideas! Of course, every role isn't for everyone, but if this excites you, you might find yourself wishing those thirteen months would last a little longer!
Interviews will be held toward mid February and because of the April start date, we are unable to consider candidates on a three month notice period.
