Do you want to work in a business that prides themselves on their team atmosphere and sense of community? We are working on an exciting new role to join a growing and reputable business based in the Brighton area.

In this role you will be a key member of the team, working closely with the Financial Controller as well as other Finance Managers across the wider group.

In this role it will be an all-encompassing role where you will be responsible for overseeing the transactional side such as Payable and Receivables as well as month end, management accounts right to budgeting and forecasting.

This will be a brilliantly varied role but day to day could include:

  • Monthly management accounts including variance analysis, balance sheets, monthly recs, repayments, and accruals
  • Budgeting and cashflow including forecasting and budget monitoring
  • Credit Control processes
  • Payroll processing
  • Bank reconciliations and daily banking
  • Fixed asset
  • Reviewing of processes and procedures
  • Overseeing 1 member of staff who supports with transactional processes

In this brilliantly varied role we are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Experience with monthly management accounts
  • Strong Excel abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
