As the Operational Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial and operational processes that directly impact the success of the business. Working closely with the Finance and Operations teams, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data, as well as manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders. Description

As the Operational Finance Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and ensure the integrity of financial data within the company's reservation and financial systems. This includes ensuring that estimated and actual costs for each booking are accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of supplier statements and ensure that no payments are made without proper validation. You'll work closely with both finance and operations to ensure these accounts are regularly reviewed and reconciled.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all supplier details, payment terms, and exchange rates are accurately maintained and reflected in financial systems.
  • Lead and manage a small team, ensuring that the team adheres to data consistency protocols and that all system rules are clearly understood and followed across the business.
  • Support finance operations by ensuring smooth integration of financial data between the company's reservation system and financial ledger software (Sage).
  • Produce regular reports to track missing invoices and other key financial metrics, holding relevant teams accountable for addressing discrepancies.

Profile
