Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Financial Planners in the preparation of client meeting packs, valuations, and documentation
- Submitting and tracking new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records via the firm’s back-office system
- Communicating with product providers and clients to gather information and resolve queries
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
- Assisting in the production of reports and documentation required for annual reviews or suitability reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment is essential
- Strong understanding of financial products including pensions, ISAs, investment bonds, and protection
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CRM/back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar (preferred)
- Progress toward CII or LIBF qualifications is desirable but not essential
