The Role:

As a Part-Time Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the firm, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and helping the team deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client correspondence via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating diaries, booking meetings, and managing deadlines.
  • Handling document management tasks, including filing, scanning, and distributing reports.
  • Supporting general office management to maintain an organised and efficient workspace.
  • Liaising with internal teams to support workflow and task prioritisation.
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accountancy or professional services firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
