Our Client specialises in providing utilities for businesses across the UK. They currently seek a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.
Duties include:
- Submitting contracts to suppliers via portals & Microsoft docs.
- Submitting termination and information requests to suppliers.
- Audit sales submitted by consultants and update CRM systems.
- Generating and submitting customer correspondence.
- Liaising with the customer service team with any contract issues.
- Supporting the Sales team with feedback on all aspects of quality, including voice files, CRM & sales techniques. (Direct Sales, AM & CAT).
- Speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone to resolve queries.
Key Skills required:
- Meticulous with quality assurance, quick to learn new things and adapts well to change.
- Customer focused
- Prioritising own work loads, taking ownership of tasks and following through.
- High level of IT competency in Microsoft office & Excel preferred
- Data entry
