Administrator (Property)

Location: Brighton

Salary £26k +bonus and great company benefits

Mon - Fri 9am - 17.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 4pm (with a day in lieu)

Are you super organised, can multi-task and have a proven administrative background? If so, I have a role within my clients dynamic, vibrant and busy letting’s administration team based in Brighton.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment and be able to prioritise effectively, have great attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. Ideally you will have a property or letting background or have a genuine interest in getting into the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with new applicants (tenants) and signups for student HMO’s.
  • Liasing with new tenants over the phone and via email.
  • Conducting Right to Rent checks and referencing checks.
  • Chasing outstanding paperwork.
  • General administration, updating the system, filing and checking compliance.
  • Drafting tenancy agreements for signature.
  • Updating the CRM system accurately.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Proven administrative background.
  • Ideally worked within property or lettings or have a genuine passion to get into the industry.
  • Able to multi-task and work within a busy and fast paced working environment.
  • Great IT skills, and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong team player that prides themselves in delivering high quality work.
  • Great customer service skills with a good telephone manner.
