Call Centre Advisor
Our client, based in the centre of Brighton, currently seeks a Call Centre Advisor to join their team.
Day-to-day activities are focused on contacting lapsed customers and advising them that a subscription has expired, and the customer should check their account and renew their details if they wish to. This is not a sales call; it is a courtesy call to highlight something the customer may not be aware of.
The successful candidate will be required to work a 50-hour week - but in a shift pattern of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 10am-8pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. A salary of £12 per hour is provided.
