Salary: £23,497 - £25,678 per annum
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Monday to Friday with evening and weekend work occasionally required. This will be taken as time in lieu.

We are looking for someone to support our Venues & Events Manager in organising and overseeing various events across multiple locations. Responsibilities include planning and attending a variety of events, handling customer inquiries before and during the event, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You'll also play a key role in helping to grow the business by identifying new opportunities and fostering customer loyalty. This role may require evening and weekend availability. You will either need to drive or be willing to commute between sites, with the option to be based at either our Worthing or Brighton campuses.
The successful candidate for this role will have a flexible approach to work, excellent organisational skills and lots of confidence. Experience in a similar role or a sales role would be desirable.
