I am working with a Sixth Form College with state of the art facilities and top notch support on hand, who are on the hunt for their next Head ofEconomics on a full-time, permanent basis.

You'd be joining a growing department with excellent vision and values with the sole intent of delivering the most engaging and enveloping courses for their Economics learners, and supporting the fantastic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee curriculum development and ensure courses meet quality standards.
• Support teachers with lesson planning, resources, and development.
• Monitor student progress and addressing any academic issues.
• Managing budgets and department resources.
• Work collaboratively to improve the curriculum and learning experience.

What We're Looking For:

?? Degree in Economics or a related subject.?? Teaching experience.?? Teaching qualification (Desirable). ?? Strong communication and mentoring skills.
