About the role:

  • Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Coach and advise the senior leadership team to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR and employee relations issues.
  • Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, culture, and collaboration.
  • Oversee performance management and learning & development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR policies and optimise the compensation framework.

  • Experienced in building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to build exceptional relationships.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalently qualified by experience.
