Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. What you'll be doing:

  • Taking on day-to-day administrative duties, including creating letters, monitoring the HR inbox, and inputting data into our client's HRIS.
  • Assisting with contract completion for new starters within the HRIS and ensuring a seamless onboarding process, with the support of our client's talented People and Talent Team.
  • Coordinating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Providing prompt and professional responses to employee inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Supporting HRBP adhoc requests, such as creating job advertisements to attract top talent.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
