Description

As a HR Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Manage the department's telephone and email inbox.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
