What is the role

In this role, you will oversee and manage all Premier League Kicks programmes, by promoting how the power of football can be a catalyst for positive change. You will manage the relationship with new and existing funders, and ensure all project KPI's, outcomes and key metrics are achieved. You will be responsible for ensuring the Kicks project contributes to the wider Community Wellbeing strategic aims and supports other projects where possible.

Am I right for this role

We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of the football industry, with experience of working with disengaged and/or vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will understand the key factors that enable a successful inclusion programme, and have a history of leading financially sustainable programmes. You must have excellent interpersonal and management skills. To be successful in this role, you must hold a UEFA C License.
