Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator with a proven track record in
leadership, particularly in managing a small pricing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable MEP design and build specialist contractor based in Brighton, with over 30 years of experience in the fast-paced interior fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of estimators, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for mechanical packages.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality estimates for projects, primarily based in London, with mechanical packages valued up to 3 million.
• Add commercial value to the business through your extensive network and experience in similar roles.
