Merchandiser

Location: BRIGHTON

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for merchandising? Our client, an organisation in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Merchandiser to join their team. As the Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in increasing category sales and driving brand dominance. You will be required to visit exciting sites in the Brighton area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop action plans in collaboration with retail stores to increase category sales and market dominance.
  • Enhance store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximise in-store visibility.
  • Report to the Regional Manager and participate in monthly team meetings to discuss progress.
  • Build strong relationships with retail outlets, spending the majority of your time in the field.
  • Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and organisational skills to convert sales effectively.

Requirements:
