I am Looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives on a temp to permanent basis for a reactive maintenance contract in Brighton
The Multi Trade Salary: £20 per hour plus Van & Fuel card
Social housing contract across multiple housing stock across Brighton and Hove - Usual domestic repairs, using PDA and finishing work to high quality, being proactive and managing own daily works programme
Day to Day duties of Multi Trade
- Carpenter duties: Skirting, hang doors, fitting kitchens
- 1st/2nd fix carpenter jobs, K&B's, Doors, Locks
- Making good
- Plumbing and installation
- Multitrade repairs duties of all kinds in domestic prperties
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of Multi Trade Op
- Experience in domestic properties
- Good social skills
- Strong communication skills
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- DBS check
- DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
