Lutine Bell Haywards Heath Lutine Bell are a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex. We work with a range of financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing specialist senior recruitment solutions within the Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal sectors.

Due to considerable growth and demand in the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Researcher to join our Audit & Finance, Compliance, Risk & Legal recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industry sector / client / candidate mapping and research

• Approaching candidates & gathering initial information

• Providing administration support and diary management for Senior Consultants and Partners

• Working closely with the senior consultants, candidates and clients

• Arranging and participating in candidate interviews and client meetings

• Project manage assignments working alongside the lead consultant, sharing market intelligence and raising any challenges or successes that you identify.

• Support several assignments at a time and will prioritise these roles effectively whilst building your own network and experience.

Requirements:

• A confident, self-motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who has the tenacity and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment

• 6+ months recruitment experience, experience in the cited sectors is a plus

• A highly organised individual able to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail

• Outstanding communication skills

• Outstanding presentation skills - both in person, telephone and in writing.

• A team player who ensures a high level of internal communication, celebrates success and supports other members of the team and the business when required.
