The Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless interaction with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • While not mandatory, prior experience in the motor industry is an advantage.

The Role:

  • Documentation Coordination: Manage the exchange of customer documentation across multiple funding systems.
  • Delivery Records: Work closely with dealers to collect essential delivery documents and process them for payouts.
  • CRM Administration: Keep customer records accurate and up to date within the in-house CRM system.
  • Invoice Management: Prepare and distribute invoices to customers and dealers.
  • Customer Support: Handle general customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
