- Provide technical support to staff and students, resolving ICT-related issues promptly.
- Maintain and update computer systems, networks, and hardware across the school.
- Monitor and ensure the security of school systems, data, and software.
- Manage ICT inventory, including the ordering and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with the ICT coordinator to implement new technologies and systems.
- Deliver training to staff and students on the effective use of ICT resources.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Relevant qualifications in ICT
