This school is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join their team as a School Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, while also providing vital administrative support to help the school run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and redirect communications as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records and support daily registration tasks.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as preparing documents, filing, and data input.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for meetings and school events.
  • Keep the reception area welcoming, organised, and presentable.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanour.
