The Senior Scrub Nurse will:
- Provide senior scrub experience in the ophthalmic theatre.
- Ensure the safe, effective, and efficient flow of the theatre pathway.
- Deliver excellent patient care and manage patient flow in line with departmental policies.
- Be responsible for theatres, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care.
- Fulfil on-call commitments as required.

The ideal Senior Scrub Nurse will:
- Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner.
- Hold a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions.
- Have at least five years of theatre experience.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of mentoring theatre team members.
- Provide professional leadership and support for theatre staff management.
