The Role:We are looking for dedicated, caring, and empathetic Care Assistants to join our outstanding team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in enriching the lives of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs, and creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing personal care, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
  • Supporting residents with mobility and everyday tasks while promoting independence
  • Building meaningful relationships and offering emotional support to residents
  • Assisting with social activities to promote engagement and well-being
  • Working closely with nursing and senior care staff to deliver tailored care plans
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing team
  • Ensuring that residents' dignity and privacy are maintained at all times
  • Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment for everyone

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant is desirable, but not essential
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to undertake training and development
  • Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not required)
  • Right to work in the UK
