Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Brighton & Hove
Salary: 130 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Masterclass are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Supply Teachers to join their pool of staff, providing cover for primary and secondary schools across the Brighton & Hove area. Masterclass work with a range of schools from Mainstream, SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) settings. This role will offer an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a variety of settings, supporting students' learning and development in the absence of their regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging lessons to students based on the pre-prepared curriculum.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Adapting to different school cultures, teaching styles, and student needs.
Providing feedback on student work, where required.
Liaising with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with primary or secondary school students.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Adaptability, reliability, and a positive attitude.
A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
