Key Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our front desk operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Greeting guests with a friendly smile and a warm welcome
  • Checking guests in and out with efficiency and grace
  • Managing reservations and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Providing guests with information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Assisting with guest requests and resolving any issues that arise
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised front desk area

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in hospitality)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks with a smile
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service
