Recruitment Administrator
Location: Brighton (with hybrid working arrangements)
Salary: £22,830 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll:
- Deliver accurate and professional recruitment administration services.
- Respond promptly to candidate and internal queries.
- Support the recruitment team with tasks such as posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and processing offers.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Balance high workloads with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices from working directly in recruitment or from a recruitment support role.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to work.
