A key element of the Talent Acquisition role will be day to day staff and stakeholder management. This Recruitment Manager role will be a temporary role for 2 to 3 months and requires a recruitment expert to "hit the ground running".
- To lead the transformation of Recruitment function
- To lead, develop and implement a proactive and strategic approach to employee resourcing, connect, engage, and attract diverse talent from the widest possible audience
- To drive the recruitment initiatives
- To lead the training agenda and improve the capability of hiring managers across all recruitment disciplines especially the focus on a diverse and inclusive approach
- To lead and drive the recruitment team and wider HR team to ensure the full recruitment cycle is effective, efficient, and seamless for all
