Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced HR Generalist on a 1 Year Fixed Contract with previous experience in a similar role to work for an excellent company in Brighton.

Salary - £40,000k - £45,000k

DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure completion of probation and annual reviews, addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Assist with recruitment, including approvals, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage training budgets and records, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
  • Coordinate employee training programs, maintain materials, and gather feedback via annual surveys.
  • Support apprenticeship programs by liaising with training providers.
  • Track performance reviews, provide reminders, and deliver training to managers.
  • Act as a liaison with external recruitment agencies and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Organise wellbeing initiatives, communicate benefits, and promote mental health awareness.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys to inform wellbeing and engagement efforts.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role at the same level.
  • Ability to be flexible.
  • Experience using internal communication, SharePoint - Desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Be confident with all MS Office packages
