- Acting as a trusted advisor—translating technical solutions into real business benefits.
- Running the full sales and account cycle: from discovery and solution scoping through to close, handover, and long-term account growth.
- Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent value delivery.
- Staying sharp on market trends and identifying areas where our solutions can make the biggest impact.
- Solid experience in technical sales or technical account management, ideally in IT, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Confidence and clarity in communicating technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
- A natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts.
- Comfortable managing your own pipeline and working towards sales targets.
- A background in tech, engineering, or computing—degree-level or equivalent real-world experience.
- Ut £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (+£12K–£15K realistic OTE).
- 4.5-day working week – finish at 12:30pm on Fridays.
