  • Owning and growing relationships across engineering, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor—translating technical solutions into real business benefits.
  • Running the full sales and account cycle: from discovery and solution scoping through to close, handover, and long-term account growth.
  • Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent value delivery.
  • Staying sharp on market trends and identifying areas where our solutions can make the biggest impact.
Technical Account Manager – the fit
  • Solid experience in technical sales or technical account management, ideally in IT, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Confidence and clarity in communicating technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts.
  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline and working towards sales targets.
  • A background in tech, engineering, or computing—degree-level or equivalent real-world experience.
