As the Technical Support Engineer / Technical Support Assistant you must have a desire to learn and adapt to a small business environment and be willing to put in the time and effort to learn about the solutions supported by their in-house training.

Responsibilities:

  • Tasked to assist and helphandle both client software/hardware support queries.
  • Providein-house IT support requirements on a full-time basis.
  • Involvement in development of their products.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of working within a network/IT field
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Servers etc
  • Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities/ Good fault diagnosis skills
  • Technical Support Engineer with IT networks knowledge (TCP/IP)

Desirable:

  • Experience with MS Access and MS-SQL (Management Studio)

** Due to the nature of the position, you must hold a full drivers license and have access to a vehicle.
