Interim Head of Data Opportunity | 12 Months Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid - Brighton

We're looking for an experienced data leader to shape and deliver a robust data and business intelligence strategy within a growing financial services organisation. This is a high-impact, senior role requiring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving data-led transformation.

• Define and execute a forward-thinking data and business intelligence strategy.

• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Oversee the development of a centralised data function, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

• Establish and lead the MI & BI framework, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and impact.

• Improve self-service reporting capabilities to empower teams with real-time insights.

• Deliver actionable analytics that enhance commercial strategy and market positioning.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to integrate best practices and ensure alignment.

• Proven experience leading data, analytics, or business intelligence teams.

• Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a track record of driving business impact through data.

• Expertise in data platforms, reporting tools, and analytics solutions.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

• Financial services experience is essential.
