83ZERO is excited to be partnering with a growing Microsoft Solution Partner to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager focusing on Microsoft Technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects, driving success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery from contract to handover within agreed time frames.
- Financial Oversight: Deliver projects within budget while maximising profitability and managing scope changes.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and address escalations promptly.
- Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks and issues effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate project data and provide timely updates for reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Technical: Microsoft tech stack (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform & Azure)
- Qualifications: Agile or equivalent project management certification.
- Core Skills: Strong planning, organisational, and communication abilities; results-driven with attention to detail.
- Experience: Proven track record in technology project management within a supplier environment, with expertise in balancing delivery and profitability.
