Your Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Manage and develop a small QA team
- Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems
- Oversee quality control processes including inspections and evaluations
- Coordinate 8D corrective actions with engineering support
- Lead document control and internal MRB meetings
- Manage internal and external audits, including change control systems
- Track product performance data and warranty trends
- Represent the company in quality matters with customers and suppliers
- Report on quality targets to senior leadership
Health, Safety & Environmental
- Lead the Environmental Management Programme in line with ISO 14001
- Ensure H&S and environmental compliance across the business
- Promote sustainable practices and compliance with waste and emissions legislation
What Were Looking For
- QMS certifications or significant ISO 9001/14001 experience Essential
- IOSH Managing Safely Essential
- NEBOSH qualification Desirable
- Experience in a manufacturing/QSE role, ideally withinscientific equipment or precision manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Audit and team management experience highly desirable
