Your Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Manage and develop a small QA team
  • Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems
  • Oversee quality control processes including inspections and evaluations
  • Coordinate 8D corrective actions with engineering support
  • Lead document control and internal MRB meetings
  • Manage internal and external audits, including change control systems
  • Track product performance data and warranty trends
  • Represent the company in quality matters with customers and suppliers
  • Report on quality targets to senior leadership

Health, Safety & Environmental

  • Lead the Environmental Management Programme in line with ISO 14001
  • Ensure H&S and environmental compliance across the business
  • Promote sustainable practices and compliance with waste and emissions legislation

What Were Looking For

  • QMS certifications or significant ISO 9001/14001 experience Essential
  • IOSH Managing Safely Essential
  • NEBOSH qualification Desirable
  • Experience in a manufacturing/QSE role, ideally withinscientific equipment or precision manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Audit and team management experience highly desirable
