This is a great opportunity, to develop a long term career within this expanding business as a  Workday System Specialist for UK Payroll, Expenses, Compensation & Benefits who will be responsible for managing and supporting the configuration, integration, and optimisation of the Workday system across key HR functions. 

This role will ensure the seamless operation of the UK Payroll, Expenses, Compensation, and Benefits modules within Workday, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and the organization’s policies.  The specialist will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system integrity.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

Workday System Administration - Configure, maintain, and optimise the UK Payroll module in Workday to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

Reporting and Data Analysis - Develop and generate reports key HR, payroll, compensation, and benefits metrics to inform HR and leadership decision-making.

Compliance & Governance - Support the Payroll manager in ensuring the payroll, expenses, compensation, and benefits processes comply with UK legal and regulatory requirements, including HMRC reporting, PAYE, pensions auto-enrolment, and tax codes.

Process Improvement and Optimisation - Work with HRIS, IT, Payroll, and Benefits teams to continuously improve and optimise the configuration and usage of Workday across payroll, expenses, compensation, and benefits processes.

To be considered for this role you will have the following :-

Strong experience in Workday Payroll modules, Data analysis and reporting
