Our client is looking for a motivated Insurance Support Advisor to join their multilingual team, providing international medical assistance and repatriation services.
In this central Brighton role, you will send guarantee of payments (GOPs), validate cover with insurers, and ensure precise daily operations while collaborating with a global team of case managers and medical professionals.

The Requirements:
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Advanced level of English
- Strong customer service focus, working closely with clients
- Results-oriented and able to work productively under pressure
The Responsibilities:
- Understanding and addressing claimants' needs, providing professional advice, and empathetically resolving medical and travel insurance matters
- Ensuring claims are processed in line with the relevant policy terms and conditions
- Coordinating with hospitals, medical centres, and third-party agents (cost containment services)
- Organising international repatriations, including arrangements for taxis, flights, hotels, road ambulances, air ambulances, and assigning flight medics
- Offering guidance and support to less experienced International Case Managers
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date and consistent workflows
- Providing translation and language support services
- Handling ad hoc requests from Team Leaders, Duty Operations Managers, the Compliance Manager, Senior Management, and the Director
