Insurance Client Support Manager (International)
Location: Brighton (flexible working package 4 days office based)
Salary: £28k - £30k DOE + amazing benefit package
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

I have a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join an expanding team servicing corporate and SME clients, ensuring an all-round professional and sound service proposition for their existing clients.
You will be working alongside the Sales and Account management teams providing scheme administration and sales support across the division.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and divert phone calls.
- Data entry across various internal and external portals/systems.
- Liaise with clients and insurer partners to process scheme joiners and leavers, to maintain accuracy of client membership data and other related matters.
- Manage employee enrolments and queries from key clients.
- Obtaining client quotations from our insurer partners, via email request or self-serve portal
- Obtaining, reconciling, and sending client invoices.
- Assist with new client onboarding and set up.
- Assist with pulling together new business proposals.
- Maintain filing systems and managing the group inbox.
- Answer member queries via email, phone, and messaging.
- Provide general support to the International Sales and Account Management teams.
- Support other administrative business needs as and when required.
- Ensure adherence to organisation compliance and training procedures and regulations.
To apply for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Great communication and organisation skills and have worked in administrative or support role within insurance or financial services.
- Ideally have international or UK insurance PMI/travel experience.
- Great IT skills inclusive Word and Excel.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Methodical approach with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
